Our Mission
The Green Pepper Posse is a kids’ food empowerment movement inspired by Edwins Don’t Like Green Peppers children’s book. Our mission is to nurture food curiosity, confidence, and kindness in elementary-age children while celebrating that food preferences grow and change over time. We encourage food exploration, welcome all foods, and honor the love and connection between children, parents, and grandparents. Together, we help kids discover their Green Pepper Powers and build lifelong, balanced, healthy food relationships. Everyone has a place at our table. The Green Pepper Posse is more than a movement - it’s a way for every child to explore, grow, and belong. All Foods Welcome!
